The viewing problem
Reach trucks and narrow aisle trucks work on great heights and therefore make it very difficult for the operator to effectively view the working area. When man-up lift trucks are used, the aisle area behind (and in front of) the truck is not clearly visible.

The Orlaco solution
Using a camera monitor system ensures visibility of the working area. This does not only improve the safety of the driver, but also allows him to work faster and more efficiently.

Orlaco’s FMC camera (fork-mounted camera) has been specially developed for warehouse trucks.
This camera ensures optimum visibility of the forks when they are inserted into the load as well as the load when it is being placed in the storage racks.

Applications
In addition to the FMC fork camera, it is also possible to place a camera in the load rack. Using this camera, the operator can see the area to the sides of the load and whether there is sufficient space available. It is also possible to use a rear view camera on narrow aisle trucks and man-up lift trucks and in doing so ensure visibility of the area behind the vehicle.
